1.Reception 接待

1.1.Receives visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel 接待并引导客人
1.2.Operates a switchboard, answers incoming calls and takes messages 接线
1.3.Maintains an appointment book of visitors and clients 作好来宾登记
1.4. Maintains a book of employees in and out 做好员工出入登记
1.5. Controls goods in and out of the ADM. 疏导行政楼物品出入

2.Performs daily office administration 做好行政事务

2.1. Sorts and distributes incoming, internal mail and records a mail expense 内外邮件发送
2.2. Sending and distributing fax 传真收发
2.3. Coping and filing system 复印与归档
2.4. Stationery management 文具管理
2.5. Meeting room arrangement (incl. arranging cleaning) 安排会议室
2.6.Typing both in English and Chinese 中英文打字
3.Keeping library system at office 维护图书馆系统
4.Executes office policies 执行行政规章制度
5.Co-ordinates with Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou Office for administrative procedure
6. 与北京,上海和广州办事处进行行政协调
7.Performs other routine administrative work as assigned. 做好其它布置的行政事务
