In the early 1990¡¯s the founders of SSS, (Steve Bramwell and Mark Williams), identified an IT skills shortage in major global financial centers. This scarcity of resources resulted in high technology costs. The solution was to form SSS, a technology company based in geographically cost-effective areas where IT skill levels were high. Therefore, SSS started as a business focused on providing technology solutions to major investment banks.

This resource and location based strategy has been very successful and allowed SSS to expand from a UK firm to a company that is truly global. SSS has grown into a multinational consultancy that can support the full spectrum of technology and business processing needs to the financial services industry.
