作为灵川毕业生计划的第一批学员，你们将进入公司在杭州的培训中心进行为期10周的培训，培训会分为:
英语培训
IT技术培训
金融知识培训
管理技能培训

课程结束以后，部分优秀学员，将会得到海外培训的机会。
培训结束以后，你们将会进入公司的开发，测试，技术支持部门。在那里，我们资深的team leader会给你们做进一步的培训。
让你们从职场新人迅速成为shining的职场新星。

We want graduates with:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Excellent spoken and written English skills and CET6 is mandatory.
Interested in global business environment and international financial industry.
Intelligence, flexibility and a positive, hard-working attitude
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Support Analyst
Must be interested in software and invest bank.
Having knowledge of product support will be an advantage
Good problem solving skills
Taking one skills below will be an advantage.
SQL/Unix
Software Developer
Must be interested in software develop
In charge of one develop language below will be an advantage。
Tester
Must be interested in software test
Good problem solving skills and analytical skills.
